Return an item or order

You may return an item/order through the following methods:

Self-Serve

You may use our self-serve option to return an item by doing the following steps:

1. Log into your account by clicking Here.
2. Click on My Account at the top right.
3. Click on Orders on the left.
4. Find your order and click Return.
