Where is the tracking or status of my order?

If you wish to know where your order or items are, you can use the following methods to figure it out. 

Email

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a link to track your package.

Self-Serve

You may use our self-serve option by doing the following steps:

1. Log into your account by clicking Here.
2. Click on My Account at the top right.
3. Click on Orders on the left.
4. Find your order and click View Order.
5. The status and tracking should be near to the order.
